Toi's Rental house is built mostly with woods by Thai building tradition, yet, with adds on of great modern comfort such as an up-to-date electrical installation, sanitary in bathroom, free internet connection…etc.

The house has one master bedroom which is so vast, more than a double sized of any standard bedroom and has a very high ceiling on top.

Two sides of the room have big windows built in the walls and the other one side is fully attached to an extra roof terrace with glass-sliding doors in between so that you can be in the nature only after a few step out of your bed, still in your pajama maybe? All windows have stylish curtains to ensure your privacy. This room always give you great air circulation through and a nice feeling of spaciousness.

And there is the second bedroom on the other side of the house that is smaller than a master room but comfortable enough for a double bed and also has big glass windows on 2 sides. This room is facing to the west coast of the island which gives you a magical sunset every evening.

Another thing that stands out at Toi's Rental House is its bathroom.
This huge bathroom is built with concrete in a modern combination of the complete bathroom design, solid sink, big mirror covering a half of the wall above its sink…etc. You will finally see and appreciate the benefit of having such a remarkable bathroom in your house and it will wow your guests, too.

Its kitchen is positioned outside, back side of the house.
This kitchen has spacious countertops and loads of storage space under them and also has a comfortable sink and a gas burner. It helps to keep the in-house from unpleasant kitchen smell and to enjoy preparing food when birds are singing on tree branches in front of you.

Front side of the house has another balcony that is also vast area where you can hang out with family and friends or chill out in a hammock. There are big trees standing next to the balcony drenching cool shades over the roof and a beautiful garden below that the owner keeps it neat & clean all the time.
Get yourself a cup of tea or coffee and it'll transform into a romantic cafe for you.

And under the house is multi-useful space such as for parking vehicles, having a barbecue grill and so on.

The house owner maintains the whole area of the houses amazingly good, trees and grass are always trimmed, flowers are always blooming with sweet scent, cashews, papayas, bananas, chillies are growing to be served to you.

Thong Sala, the main town is within 5 mins by bike/taxi, the popular Hin Kong beach is in 5 mins as well. Koh Phangan Hospital is only a few mins away on foot and small local stores, laundry shops, gasoline station is all close by.
